Indian waits for the test of the Mystery Long rage Ballistic missile

India is likely to test a Ballistic missile that has a NOTAM of 5400 km making it the biggest NOTAM that has ever been issued by India. While speculation is that it will be another test of the Agni -V missile, but the missile has a range of 5000km.

A mystery Ballistic missile test is leading to speculation since this is one of the longest-range missiles that will be tested leading to speculations that the missile could be an Agni-6 that has a range of 8000km or a K-5 SLBM that is under development for some time.

Since 2012, when India began testing Agni-V Ballistic missiles. it has been tested for a reduced range of 3000 to 3500 km even though it had claimed a range of 5000km officially but has an unclassified range of around 8000km. Speculations are that it will be Agni-V Mk2 an upgraded variant of the Agni-V that will support MIRV capabilities.

The missile will splash around the south of Australia furthest ever any Indian missile has such a long splash point. Chinese spy ship Yuan Wang-5 already has left the Indian Ocean region.
